DESIGN day
We set 2 times for check-ins during our Design Day to get the feedback needed to turn around your assets quickly. One at 12 PM GMT and another at 4 PM GMT. You’ll have an hour to provide any feedback you want us to include, otherwise we’ll keep getting as much done as possible with our day together.

how it works
Step 01: Discovery
Fill out the application form with details about your project and goals. After reviewing, we’ll invite you to a Discovery Call to discuss your vision and ensure we’re the right fit for your project. You’ll then receive a project timeline, contract, and access to our Project Portal for smooth onboarding.
Step 02: Design
Before the project starts, you’ll complete a pre-project homework (due 5 days prior) to help us understand your brand. We’ll use this to create an initial strategy which will be presented during a strategy call. Then, we dive into the design phase, refining everything based on your feedback. Expect regular check-ins and open communication throughout the process.
Step 03: Deliver
Once the final design is approved, we’ll prepare all files in an organized folder and get your brand or website ready for launch. During the Launch Call, we’ll go live together and provide a full training session on how to use your new brand elements or website. Plus, you’ll get 3 months of post-launch support to ensure long-term success!
