Framework, a startup focused on self-directed learning for employees in Startupland, set out to deliver accessible, engaging modules inspired by industry-leading practices. The app aimed to distill actionable insights from top tech companies into 15-minute interactive Frameworks, promoting quick and effective learning on essential tools, techniques, and methodologies.
The challenge was to establish a unified visual style for Framework’s app that resonated with users and embodied the brand’s inclusive culture. This required an illustration style adaptable across learning modules and live expert sessions, with visuals that conveyed a professional yet approachable tone.

Final Designs:
Illustrated storyboards and created Lottie animations following principles of layout composition, typography, and motion design to establish an engaging learning flow. Delivered additional UI visuals for social media, promoting live expert sessions and reinforcing brand identity across touchpoints.
