The Hanwell Hootie, a community interest company CIC and London’s largest free one-day music festival, aims to celebrate the legacy of Jim Marshall of Marshall Amplification by bringing live music back to the Hanwell area. Founded in 2013, the festival honors “The Father of Loud,” whose early clients included legendary musicians like Jimi Hendrix and Jimmy Page, by offering a vibrant music experience to the local community.

The challenge was to create print and digital assets that conveyed the historical importance of Marshall Amplification while engaging a diverse festival audience through both nostalgic and contemporary designs.

Recognizing the importance of accessibility, we launched an intuitive online store, providing festival-goers with the opportunity to procure merchandise prior to the event. Through strategic partnerships with reliable e-commerce platforms, we streamlined the purchasing process, catering to the convenience of our global audience.

Social media animated gifts

Creating animated GIFs for Instagram allows the audience to engage with the brand in a dynamic way, both before, during, and after the festival.
